Jack Humberstone was born on 28th December, 1983 and died on Valentines Day, 2002 aged 18, he was ill for many years, first he had bone cancer in his arm which went and came back in his lungs he then died peacefully in his bed at home in Beckenham.

Nearly 10 years since you've been gone.. can't believe how long it's been and I still cry. I'm missing you every day. I so wish you were here to see the big things in our lives.. like Dave and Kim's wedding.. there was a couple of lovely speeches made about you too.
